Shipping Policy
At Rugiada, we aim to process and dispatch your orders within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We appreciate your support and aim to get your order to you as smoothly and promptly as possible.
Shipping Within Australia
Standard Shipping: Any orders within Australia that are less than $130 will cost $10 standard shipping fee. Free shipping is available for all orders over $130 AUD within Australia.
Express Shipping: Offered at an additional cost of $20 AUD and available at checkout.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking provided where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
The provided times are only estimates. We aim to get you your parcels within this time, however there are uncontrollable circumstances that may affect parcel delivery.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region.
All applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. They are imposed by the relevant authorities in the destination country and Rugiada is not responsible for these charges in the event they are applied. We have no control over the amount charged and these extra charges are not included in the checkout total on our website.

Tracking availability may vary depending on your location and carrier service.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders with express shipping will be prioritised and processed first.
During busy periods (such as launches, sales, or pre-orders), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including any available tracking details from the carrier. Please don't forget to check your junk and spam folders as these emails may sometimes land there!
Pre-Orders
Some items may be available for pre-order, with an estimated dispatch window listed on the product page.
Pre-order items may be subject to production delays.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship everything together once all items are ready (unless otherwise stated).
We appreciate your patience with these limited releases.
Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
Rugiada is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery, we can re-ship it at your request, but a re-delivery fee may apply.
