Refund policy

Each of our pieces are crafted with care, but in the event that something goes wrong....

Returns

At RUGIADA, we have a generous 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We understand that items ordered online sometimes just don't fit or feel exactly right. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@rugiadaclothing.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to original location. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Be free from perfume, body odor, deodorant, or detergent scents.
  • Be free from makeup, tanning marks, glitter, or pet hair.

Please pack your return carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Sale Items 

All sale items discounted by 30% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sufficient evidence of purchase and proof of damage will need to be provided. 

Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order for all Australian customers. International customers will be charged a subsidised fee of $25AUD to cover shipping and handling. Any additional exchanges on the same order will incur a $10 AUD shipping fee, payable by the customer.

If you need a different size or style, you may exchange your item with another item of equal value. Once we process your return, we’ll send out the new item if it’s available. Unfortunately, we can’t hold items for exchange, so we recommend sending your return promptly. If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit.

Please note that discount codes can’t be applied to exchanges.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
