When will my order ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days from our studio in Melbourne. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Please allow extra time during product launches or promotional periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $200 AUD. For orders under that amount, shipping within Australia will cost $10 AUD. Express shipping is also available at an additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Rugiada ships worldwide, with international shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Please note: customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please note that tracking availability may vary for international shipments, depending on the destination and carrier.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at general@rugiadaclothing.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
What if I ordered a pre-order item?
Pre-order items will have estimated shipping windows listed on the product page.
If your order includes a pre-order and an in-stock item, your full order may be held and shipped together. If you’d prefer partial delivery, email us at general@rugiadaclothing.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer change of mind exchanges for items of same value. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend asking for a formal exchange request and then once the item is returned and approved we can exchange it.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our core styles may be restocked, while others are limited edition. If a product is out of stock, we suggest signing up for restock notifications on the product page or joining our email list to be the first to know.
How do I care for my Rugiada garment?
Care instructions are listed on each product page and inside the garment label.
In general, we recommend cold washing, gentle cycles, and laying flat to dry to preserve fit and finish. For wool-blends, dry cleaning is preferred for longevity.
